Since 2023, Melissa Smith RVT at Simcoe Traveling Vet Tech (Mobile Vet Tech) has made it her mission to provide exceptional in home animal services to all household animals. It doesn’t matter how large or small your pet is — if I can help, I will.
Nail Trims
Nail trims on all household pets are $20 for the first pet and $15 each additional pet. Please note I require the owner to help hold the pet.
Ear Cleaning
Ear cleaning and flush using Aveena Sativa soothing ear cleaner $25.
Anal Gland Expressions
Anal gland expression initial appointment is $45 dollars with recurring appointments being $30 dollars for each additional visit.
Sanitary Shaves
A clean up of the back end (cats only). Includes a shave, gentle cleaning and a spritz of animal odor eliminator (AOE).
*Paw/Matt Shave $25 or $10 to any other visit
Tick Removal
Tick removal $30
Medication Administration
Includes oral, injectable and eye/ear medications. Starting at $25 per visit. Or $10 as an add-on to any other service.
Toothbrush Demonstration
Demonstration on how to brush your pets teeth and maintain a healthy mouth $40. Includes toothbrush.
Nutrition Calculation
Nutrition or Weight Loss calculation $20

Weekends by Request
Monday - Tuesday
Angus, New Lowell, Everett, Barrie areas.
Wednesday
Collingwood/Wasaga Beach area.
Thursdays
Alliston, New Tecumseth and Beeton area.
Friday
Bradford area.

Meet Melissa Smith
My name is Melissa Smith and I have 3 years of experience in veterinary clinical practice and now own a convenient mobile pet service company Simcoe Traveling Vet Tech.
I'm passionate about providing low-stress appointments for animal and their owners in Simcoe County. In my free time, I breed corn snakes for a local reptile shop and love spending time with my animal family, which includes a GSD (Hadley) and a cat named Milo. I'm excited to meet you and your furry, feathery and scaley friends!
What payment methods do you accept?
Pet owners often pay by Cash, Debit, EMT or Credit. Please note there is a 1% charge for debit and 3% charge for credit cards.
